A bit tangential, but about a year ago when [S]Seer: Descend came out there was a little comment in the flash itself about John and Rose being a cute couple and people immediately got all “HUSSIE SHIPS JOHNROSE!!!!!”

He… he’s the author… You can’t “ship” pairings if your word is canonical law…
